FILM:

A police officer is seduced by a female thief. Jealousy, fraud, lies, and murder are central themes, yet so are honor, morality, loyalty, and responsibility. From a story which initially resembles a three-penny novel, Joe May develops a film that illuminates the characters’ psyches.

MUSIC:

For this film, we composed music that incorporates both the shimmering of hot air over the concrete jungle as well as the melodrama of the plot.

Music for amplified accordion, electric bass, live electronics, keyboards, and prerecorded sound.

INS HERZ means INTO THE HEART.
